Background Information :

In addition to advertising, we solicited bids to replace the fire alarm system at South Fulton Middle High School (specifications attached). We received bids from three (3) companies, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows:

State Systems– $56,950.00

Townsend Systems – $55,000.00

Volunteer Technology – $59,522.42

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of the lowest bid that meets all the specifications.
